We, the undersigned, understand NSW needs more housing that can be afforded by everybody. We call on the NSW Labor Government, in relation to their proposed State Environmental Planning Policies, to undertake a proper process of:

1. Consulting directly with communities.
2. Working with local Councils to understand each community.
3. Protecting natural and built heritage.
4. Maintaining the tree canopy, wildlife and environment.
5. Investing in all necessary new and additional infrastructure.
